I have been living here for 3 months and I have never even spoken to Barbara White, aside from the casual "hello" in the hallway. I do, however, know who she is, and she has never so much as given me a dirty look. Overall, the place is good to great, and is a great place for the money. Things that make it stand out:
- Cheap secured parking, either above or underground. - Free gym membership. - Free laundry. - Free cable TV. - Free high speed internet. - 24 hour concierge. - Garbage chutes on every floor. - Well-insulated walls block noise. - Good quality A/C units.

Here are a few things you should check out before and after moving in:
- Demand to see the actual apartment you'll be moving into, not just the model, as things can vary from apt to apt. - Don't rely upon anyone to take your boxes after you move in, they offer the help but then never provide it when you request it. - Try to negotiate free parking into your lease price, it works. - Try to avoid lower floors facing the rear, they are a bit louder (cars) and have a crappy view (parking lot/cemetary). - There are a lot of elderly people in the building, so don't be alarmed.
