Friendly, quiet, and very well kept with very sunny apartments and top-notch appliances. Maintenance staff is excellent: fast, pleasant, and very competent. Concierge is super. Other residents are very pleasant. Two all-building parties twice a year. Wonderful reservation and golf club right across the street, and swing dancing club next door on friday nights. Internet, TV, gym, free laundry, and the bus stop right at the door!!
The building does have a number of rules - which are made very clear to you before you move in. For my point of view, all the rules are meant to make life pleasant for everyone - take your clothes out of the machine so others can use them, don't play your music loud or scream in the halls, and treat the building with respect. If you choose not to follow these rules, the building manager will ask you to do so. I am glad. I have never had an apartment with *no noise*, great parking, clean facilities, responsive service, and such pleasant residents. If it means I can't move furniture through the lobby on a whim, that's fine. I love it here.
