I spent over a year at 700 Huron right as they were doing all of the major renovations. The manager Barbara can seem chilly at times but come on, how much contact do you really have with her' I had very little. I do know she is almost entirely responsible for the huge turn around in the building. She has vision and she runs a tight ship.
That said, again, I rarely had contact but loved my stay there. Very safe, secure and tons of ammenities as you have read. It's a class act.
