1. You will hate the manager, Barbare White, who is an Evil Old Harpee.
2. The Building is COLD and not an easy commute to anywhere.
3. Come Lease time they will raise your rent in a hillbillie's heartbeat
4. They are real nice to you, until you sign the lease.
5. The Head Concierge, Peter will pretty much extort money from you

The manager is realy tough when it comes to rules and regulations, SOME maintanance staff are efficient and swift to respond on requests, but the people who make the building wonderful are the concierge staff - for 3 years now, I have never witnessed or heard complains about a concierge soliciting money - never

I agree with (1) - if enforcing some simple building rules makes one an evil old harpee. I disagree with (2), the building is very well heated in the winter. And you don't pay a cent for the heat. Also, I work right next to the Boston Commons and my commute home during rush hour is usually about 20 minutes (Storrow Drive all the way). I partially agree with (3), disagree with (4), and have no idea where this reviewer got (5) from.
