Very very nice place

It's a very nice, very well run building.
Management staff all nice and professional, no problem at all with Barbara White as someone wrote before.
Nice position, near the Fresh Pond, very convenient bus stop right in front of the building. Perfect for a family with young children (wonderful toddler room full of games and playgrounds nearby).
The only CONS:
1 -Our apartment was VERY noisy in winndy weather, you can actually hear all sort of vibration and cracks!!! (we asked other people and they didn't have the same problem so I guess it was our apartmet -lowers floors facing the cemetery)
2 - It gets dusty very easily with some kind of white powder dust so you need to clean almost every day.
