If you are looking for an apartment, this place offers a fairly large, quiet, clean, and moderately priced choice. The apartments are clean and freshly painted with newer appliances. They even paint an accent color of your choice. There is very little noise from neighbors (and is strictly enforced). I play musical instruments and would get noise complaints. At first I didn't like that, but I came to understand I was annoying other people and went into their outside bbq/park area to play. As far as price is concerned, they cover your electric/heat/A/C/water/internet and basic cable. All I pay is rent and premium cable charges. I find that a much better value than other Cambridge Apartments.

You also get this awesome park next door and very nice desk men who are there 24 hours and are always helpful.

My biggest negative mark would be for location. You really want a car if you live here because it's 2 mi from Harvard Sq or a T stop. Luckily, there are lots of parking spaces and they might throw an uncovered spot in for free (that's what I have now).

I noticed a lot of other reviewers talking about the management. I personally just ignore the management here and I haven't run into any problems with them. They have helped me set up my cable just fine. I can tell they have strong personalities, but it is possible to ignore them and still enjoy this apartment. In fact, the maintenance guy is very nice and very quick.

So, why don't you look at this place if you can handle it's location. I think it's worth your time to look at. The price for the size is nice.
