Just moved in and like the place generally, but you should know if you have any special needs with internet (say you like sshing back into your computer, want to use something like dyndns to run a low traffic web server at home, or even want to use bittorent) the free internet won't cut it. They use this company called Spot On that seems barely competent, has poor customer support and only provides enough to browse the web (no outgoing smtp server, no secondary dns server, bittorrent banned, you only get a private IP on the other side of your router and they refuse to ip forward for you if you ask them).

Oh yeah, the concierges here are really nice people. The people who work in the rental office are also nice and very professional. I haven't met the building manager yet, so can't judge what these other people are saying about her.
