Although in the beginning you are impressed with the fancy lobby and hallways, the apartment layout and appliances, after a month or two, you start to realize that the money you pay is way too much.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors having sex, or having a fight, depends..there's a toxic smell all the time coming from the companies all around the building. There's a constant noise from the constructions around the building, they start around 6:30am and they are very loud.
Management is really bad (especially Maria Bereket) and although they will show you a great attention until you move in, then they care less.
We can't wait to move out. It's overpriced and you can find equal or better amenities in other buildings. The only great thing is the T that is right there, but saving the money from the rent, I can afford to take a taxi every day now.
Avoid.

I disagree entirely with these other Residents. Yes, its pricey, we knew that before we moved in. And there is alot of turnover in the office, isn't that the same with all large companies? Besides, who would want to work in the office if these posts are just a small sampling of the type of people they have to deal with daily. My service requests are filled on time and the staff is friendly every time I come in, perhaps its because I am friendly to them.
