constant noise, bad managment, rude spoiled MIT students, nothing great about the building. lobby looks good and fancy, but for the price you pay, you can do without it.
i do feel that they are way too overpriced.
they also lied telling me that they provide parking, even with the hour (they also list this on their website) just to find later that it was on the plans, but they don't provide it, unless you pay around $300 a month. a true rip-off.
walls are paper thin or close to it.
