Apartments -
* Paper thin walls- always can hear neighbors next door
* Washer/dryer combo - does not work. Dryer never dries clothes properly
* Looks cosmetically attractive, but standard trim for price range

Management - awful!
* Disorganized office run by Maria B. Property Manager
* Worst property manager to handle, does not returns calls or emails
* Constant sudden changes in 'policies' and her staff - but does not take responsibility
* Problems with tracking resident requests and questions (multiple times of this)
* Failure to provide communications and updates on-time
* Does not understand responsibilities and resident service at all

Highly do not recommend paying this much to be treated this way...!!! (regret signing the lease here- seriously spare yourself the time and headache!)

I do have to say though that the washer and dryer are European top appliances, and most of the people here don't know how to use them. I agree with everything you say about this property, it's pretty awful, but I was very, very happy with their appliances.
