Hi,
I moved there in August of 2006 when Beal was the manager and I hated it, there were a lot of aparment robberies and problems that Beal never fixed. Ever since Dolben took over in 2007 I have seen a 100% turn around, no more robberies, cameras in the front and back, and they actually come to fix stuff. You can go to the office on Saturdays, they are adding a bunch of new additions, the parking is great and the laundry in the basement is convenient. They are convenient and helpful. If you have the money and want a good place to live move there. It is awesome... Expensive if you just got out of college but Awesome!
