I've been living here since 2003 and I liked it much better when Beal & Co., the previous management company, was in charge. Ever since the new company, Dolben, took over it has been disappointing, and at times infuriating. The management have no compassion or regard for the tenants. They are cold and unresponsive. The receptionist is particularly rude and the rest of the office couldn't care less.

They do not put up notices or apologies on occasions such as when the boiler broke down and we had to go without heat or hot water for several days. Then there was the time when I came home one night to find that someone had come into my bedroom, moved my furniture and broke a part of my bedroom wall. It turned out that it was for access to some pipes that were leaking below; a clear emergency, I understand, but you don't just leave someone's room like that and leave in the middle of a project without so much as a letter or notice explaining the situation. I should not have to come home at night to find a hole in the wall next to my bed and a huge sense of violation. They mended the wall weeks later, only after multiple requests, but to this day I have yet to receive a word of apology.

The total disregard and lack of decency (much less sensitivity) for tenants is so much so that I wonder who these people really are. I wouldn't be surprised if they turned out to be some overseas investment company that has no notion of professionalism or hospitality. This place was so much better before Dolben stepped in. I feel like I've traded in care and common decency for a lousy little fitness nook.

I can't agree more with what you said. I suffered the same thing as you did.The manager is rude and cold. They never feel sorry !!!!
