I lived in Walden a little while ago (around when Dolben was first taking over), and I have to say that I hated living there. It wasn't nearly as closed to the subway as it claims, the heat didn't work (I mean at all; we had hot water, but our apartment was freezing). The worst part was the handyman who lived on sight. I'm not sure if they still have him or not, but if they do (he's the cranky old guy who looks drunk all the time), stay away. There are many better places out there.
