Place is Revamped and GREAT - Cambridgeside is now Glass Factory Condos. All renting is done through private owners.

Not a good option Ask the tenants at 929 what they really think and they'll probably tell you the building is far overpriced.
Very small apartments with water that goes out constantly ("no water Wednesdays"), hot water that comes and goes, and a very big section 8 community.

Total disaster The Department of Public Safety shut down the apartment's elevators after management didn't have them inspected for two years. That's not a joke. Check by calling Public Safety at (617) 727-3200 or e-mail at DPSInfo@state.ma.us. That pretty much sums up 929 House.

Extremely inconvenient mail system If you have any sort of job with normal day time hours you will find it very difficult to get your packages. They will either be left out in the lobby which is publicly accessible or taken to the management office which opens late and closes early with long lunch

good apartment for me I lived in Boston 2 yrs while attending grad school. The apartment I had was on Riverway Street.I had a few problems, the the guy there took care of them quickly. The building was clean and well kept.I moved cross country Aug. 1,but still have a few friends there.
