CambridgePark Place 32% Recommended May 02 2008: I almost didn't rent here because of these reviews. It would have been my loss. I am glad I took the risk: As far as building upkeep: They've painted all of the hallways and they are replacing the carpeting. Archstone has Church Corners Apartments 52% Recommended May 02 2008: I am a current resident at Church Corner, and I've been here for just under a year. Before moving in, I read a lot of reviews and heard a lot of positive feedback, so I thought it would be a Walden Park Apartments 40% Recommended Apr 25 2008: The place has started charging more since the new management took over. Also the staff is careless at times with getting the paper work organized and managing records. They have been doing an awful lot of construction around the place Parkside Place (formerly Huron Towers Corporation) 50% Recommended Apr 21 2008: It's a very nice, very well run building. Management staff all nice and professional, no problem at all with Barbara White as someone wrote before. Very noisy street with the people of the church, smoking, cursing and partying. strange neighborhood. |
