Hmm...this place is ok for the price... however; there is a problem with communication between the management and the emplyees in the rental office. Parking is not an issue...there are plenty of spaces and the lot is well lit. Depending on the situation, maitenence is not a big problem..if it's a serious problem I would call until someone answers the phone or someone shows up. They tend to "not receive messages" We had a leak from the above apartment dripping into our fuse box and our entire hallway was soaked with water and our laundry room was flooded. We called and left a message in the morning before we went to work and when we came home, we were walking through a carpet covered swamp. No one had come to fix the problem until we called again. All they did was tape up the leak and shampooed the carpet. Noise isn't a problem either. If we weren't moving we'd stay simply because the rent is a GREAT price!
