The Judge Rotenberg School rents out several apartments at this complex for students of theirs who are recovering drug addicts/alcoholics. Or the students have Asperger's and are subjected to shocks. The walls of this place are thin and you can hear everything. The school has a person supervising these students and the school pays their rent, utilities, etc....Some students have come back from home visits drunk and high and nothing is done about it.
