When I first moved to The Arboretum, it was a nice place. That was in 2005. I lived there for over one year and noticed a decline in the management, and in the type of people that were moving in. After about 6 months, there was garbage being thrown in the streets and the parking lots, food and trash in the hallways. Even condoms out in the streets! The noise levels went up and the people downstairs from me had so many domestic disputes all night. Kids were running through the halls screaming after school. My daughter was scared to play outside as several kids harrassed her; her bike was stolen, my car was vandalized. I don't know what happened to this place over the course of a year. I finally broke my lease even though it coost me big bucks, but I needed to get out.
