I lived in the Neponset St. apartments. The location is great if you don?t really plan to go into Boston that much, and having Cobbs Corner within a couple of miles was nice. Maintenance was ok - it sometimes took a few calls to get something minor fixed, but when our garbage disposal broke, it was replaced the next day.



We could hear everything that happened in the halls, which wouldn?t have been so bad if the family next door didn?t have a screaming child; the bedroom next to the bathroom could hear all bathroom noises and was really small, esp. compared to the othre one. Kind of gross and annoying, so fight for the bigger BR.



Excellent parking, more than needed.



All in all, I?d renew the lease if my roommate didn?t have to move back home.
