This is amazing I came across this.....I am looking to purchase in Canton but I too lived there recently and just moved out and I agree 100%....the place is terrible. Surprisingly, I heard good things about it a couple of years ago but did not move in till last year. The management office is very slow and honestly, condescending. They are very lazy and hate to do any work. Considering one pays so much in rent, you would expect much more professionalism. My husband and I found it abhorent. The maintenance department consists of one person. The office staff consists of one person. THe place is ridiculous and cannot keep up with tenants demands. It is the most horrible complex I have ever lived in.
Move in to the beautiful complex up the street with a pool and OFFICE STAFF!
