My fiancee and I moved in 2 months ago, and we love it. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 3d floor, and it was freshly painted and spotless when we moved in.

Our apartment is not near the commuter rail, but we cans till hear it faintly sometimes, but you get used to it quickly and then you never notice it.

We very rarely hear our neighbors and it's so close to everything! Also, I found the mgmt to be so nice, and very helpful- they even give you a welcome gift when you move in. Oh, and we pay less rent for a much bigger place than we did when we lived in Archstone Waltham

Also, we did have a minor problem we needed to get fixed, and the maintenence man was very quick to come fix the problem.
