Just to let you all know replying to an opinions only allows 3 replys and any more takes the last one away so if you want to reply after three replies have been posted you have to start a new review os I've started a new review:
And I thought I was the only one who was upset about this. Last night when I read these responses there was one more which I notice is missing today. Probably being edited by Waterfall Hills. If the one that is missing is reading this, please correct me if I've misunderstood any of your descriptions you wrote. You have an elder Mother who isn't in the best of health, which I wish her well, and she, like my Mother is on medication and is always cold even in the warmest of days. Wears sweaters in July and you have the vents closed in her bedroom to keep the drafts down. I and I'm sure several people reading this feels for her/you. You mentioned Francine on telling us how to dress in our own home and how upset your word sounded. Please don't waist your energy on her. Those of us who have asked questions or mentioned problems we are having with our apartments, which by the way I consider my home, or anything for that matter have experienced her lack of respect, belittling, rood answers towards you with that same old answer "Nobody else has complained about that" when all she has to say is "Thank you for letting me know. I will look into it" Even if she doesn't. Those simple words would sure make a difference to me. The electric heaters; I was strongly thinking of that too untill I read the above. I thought to myself, what it I forgot to shut the heater off when I left for work. Wow, I never though I would be on this site typing away. By the way, nobody has to let any of the electricians in their home when you are not there. They are not a Waterfall employee. They are a hired hand. What a nice place this use to be. Sure the ground were not as nice as they are today but I would live on dirt with dead brush to have what I had the past six years. Sadly for me, I recently renewed my lease. I say we all try to get each of our units together and fight this together. You know, like how prison mates stick together when they don't like what the worden is doing. I don't know what I've done that I've been put in Prison.

New management does not want to see you after you sign a lease,
They want you to call a voice mail or email for repairs.
You mail your checks to main office, you cannot pay on site.
Old Archstone manager went into a apartment that was on fire to get the pets out and also she would call the police with concerns on the property not like the new ones that want you to call the police and they don't want to hear from you....
Old management wanted to know what was going on around complex so is that your backstabing manager? I THINK NOT!!!!!!!!!

I haven't had any problems with the management, but I find the noise level of the apartments is incredibly bad. We live on the first floor and we hear every step above as a loud squeaking noise of the floorboards. Unfortunately, my upstairs neighbors get up every morning at 5:30 and now, so do I. I sleep with earplugs and a pillow over my head, or at least I try to. There are also loud noises coming from the plumbing. Nothing management can do. I can hardly wait to move out of here!
