I really think that the parking here is becoming an issue. I don't understand why people park in a parking lot and then walk across the street to where they live, or there are cars that have been in the same parking space for months that have not moved since the Fall. The average apartment has at least 2 cars, so that is 24 cars per building. I really think that there should be assigned parking for every building, and pick a spot for all the visitors to park at each building as well. I have lived hear now for a few years and it has just gotten alot worse. Another issue that is really scary is the way people drive around here. If a small child ever walked out from between 2 parked cars they would definately get hit by a car, or if someone was walking their dog on a 6ft. leash and the dog walked out from between the cars only being 6ft. away from it's owner it would get hit by a car. I really think that Chestnut Hill should invest in putting alot more speed bumps in here before someone gets hit by a car. I really think those 2 things would benefit Chestnut Hill (Canton at Waterfall Hills). SPEED BUMPS & ASSIGNED PARKING

We too have lived here for a few years and feel the same way. We couldn' ask for a better place to live. We are proud to have our family and friends over to visit our beautiful home at Canton at Waterfall Hills. Keep up the good work and we will be here for many years to come. We can't thank you enough!
