I have lived here since the complex was run by Archstone. The managment team at that time was not very nice. The current staff is great. We now have a 24 hour maintenance line and the response is usually within 24 hours. They leave a note if they were in your apartment and your were not there; which was never done by Archstone. No we do not have stainless steel applicance, yada, yada- what we do have is abundance of square footage, central air, heat and hot water included, pet friendly, a wonderful safe town with excellent school system. For the price that these apartments are for, there is not one complex within 50 miles that can touch us in quality, amenities, superior service and a Canton address. I have checked out other properties, I wouldn't trade a stainless steel anything and give up service, safety and peace of mind and give an arm and a foot to be there. NO! I live in the real world, with real neighbors of all ethnicity, income, family type and we are all people of dignity, respectful of each other and have a common thread we want to live in a beautiful apartment home, safe environment and respect one another. Plus we have management that is real, honest, respectful and professional. Having money; or being on section 8 does not make any one a slob, that is an ignorant comment and those who really feel that way need to find their own personal island, just as color, clothes, cars, diamonds do not make a person, it is the character of the person. Every state, county, city, town has people who do not respect themselves, hence cannot respect others; and if someone is stuck in stereotypical views that is based on ignorance and not on an individuals character; then you should move to your own private island and I don't want to be your neighbor. I feel those of us here at Waterfall Hills are too good for them and they should relocate. You can guess my income, ethnicity, but you cannot take away my respect for myself and those I live around, know and work with. I am a woman, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and I want anyone to challenge me on my integrity. I'm young, I'm old, I'm white, I'm black,I'm asian, I'm from the middle east, I'm college educated, I only finished high school. Take your pick. I recommend this comminity to anyone that meets the high standard of criteria required to be a resident here. I also have a dog which I pick up after and if I see some that another dog may have left I pick it up with the biodigradable bags provided by management. Maybe the owner forgot the bag, maybe they picked it up already and the dog needed to go again....I have soap and water; it is really that crazy serious. This is my home I take care of my property.

I stand up and applaud you! Oh yes I have had some issues here but don't we all. All appliances go wrong. All homes, which I call this my home, have problems. Do we pay for the servicemen to come in to fix the problem, No. By the way who would charge us over $100.00 per hour. If it couldn't be fixed, do we pay for a new appliance, No. It's replaced at no cost to us. Oh sure those of you reading this say it's in our rent. Most home owners have a mortgage. I could go on but I am here to applaud this women, for I am 4th generation Italian here in America. America - "For United We Stand" GOD Bless America Land That I Love!"

LMAO! Well I just read your comment for a 3rd time. I think you didn't finish High School never mind College. Why don't you read it again, or should I say have someone proof read it for you. You forgot to use CAPITALS when needed. Maybe if you had finished High School and were able to follow directions, you might have been able to get Maitenance after hours when it was Archstone, there was a number they left on the answering machine if it was an emergency. And as far as any other apartment complex within a 50 miles that can not touch us, you haven't looked hard enough, there's plenty that offer alot more. Let's all give this woman an APPLAUSE for neighbor of the year for picking up after other dog owners. I am laughing right to the remark maybe the dog already went and needed to go again, or they forgot the bag. They just don't care about it because this isn't their property. I have been out on my balcony and a dog owner has let their dog poop right in front of my balcony, then has looked right at me and said HI and kept on waking witout picking up after their dog, I have asked them if they needed a biodigradable bag that the Management gives us and they just kept walking. I as well take pride in my apartment, and when it was Archstone they came to me and asked if they could show my apartment as the model because it was so nice inside an well as out on my balcony. Since it has been Waterfall Hills they have been inside my apartment and told me that they wished everyone that lived here had there apartment as clean and nice as mine.
