We have been living for a year and a half in this community. I can say that it has been a wonderful experience. I wish I can stay for more but we have to move to the north of the state and save some money, I'm moving to agood community but nothing like the Waterfall hills in Canton

Positives

The staff is nice and helpful.
Any problem in the apartment, you just send an email at night and the very next morning it is fixed.
The view is awesome form our balcony in all seasons.
The square foot area is great and suitable for our huge furniture
Neighbors are very friendly
Apartments are clean, no pests or insects
The Canton station and the Canton Junction station are too close and my husband takes it every day to his work at Boston
The model that I live in which is the roommate model is great. The 2 bedrooms are separate and do not share any wall. Very private. You cannot even hear the person talking in the other room
Lovely view of the waterfall the lake and all the are around, I take a walk every day with my son through the community
It is true the price is high, but for such a quality of living it is considered cheap according to other communities. I have been to Royal crest and other chestnut hill realty in Norwood and other communities. They ask for the same or little less price of much less quality

Negatives

Parking space is limited, if you come after 7 PM you will have to park o the other building which is still acceptable distance
The train passes just across of our apartment. In the beginning, it was loud but after a month or so you get used to it. No problem at all
The quality of facility in the kitchen and bathroom is not great. Microwave door kept breaking into pieces; the Toilette cover peels within 2-3 months of usage and should be replaced, the glue and the silicon and the benches covers in kitchen and bathrooms peels within usage too
Some neighbors have kids and it is normal to hear them from time to time. Noise is still acceptable. although I am a very quite person and I like privacy and quietness
The gym is good but limited Treadmills (only 2). Some times, me and my husband can not work out together at the same time

I recommend it strongly if you can afford it. And I will truly miss it hear
