Parking: Great. You pay extra for covered, but it is available. Whoever snowplows this place rules. It's clear everytime I go out to my car. Fairly well lit and always a spot to park.
Noice: Ok. Side sound insulation is very good, pretty much sounds like I'm the only person on this floor except from some occasional hallway noise through the front door. Ceiling insulation though is fairly poor. I've had a several different people live above me and you can REALLY tell the difference if they are noisy. :(
Gounds: Pretty nice. Kept up well, including tennis court and pool.
Safety: Good. I've never felt unsafe here, though sometimes the lighting isn't good a bit off the beaten path.
Contruction: Good. Solid contruction and my appliances are pretty new. Middle-floor appt is almost too well insulated, it's kind of hard to keep it cool in summer even with AC going a lot. Easy to keep warm in winter.
Maintenance: Good. Haven't had to use it much at all, but when I do they are good.
Staff: Good. It was sketchy for a while after Waterfall Hills took over, but seems a lot better now.
Overall: It seems a bit pricey, but I haven't found anything better for this price in the area. I think it's a case of you get what you pay for.

PARKING GREAT? NOT, AND THERE ISN'T COVERED PARKING, IT'S A FULL GARAGE FOR ABOUT AN EXTRA 150 A MONTH ON TOP OF THE VERY HIGH RENT THEY CHARGE YOU. CHESTNUT HILL IS JUST MONEY HUNGRY. NOISE OK? YOU FEEL LIKE YOU LIVE ON THE FLOOR BY YOURSELF? THEN YOU SAY THE INSULATION IS POOR AND PEOPLE HAVE BEEN NOISY. YOU JUST DON'T MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. GROUNDS PRETTY NICE? THE INSIDE OF THE APARTMENTS SHOULD LOOK SO GOOD. SAFETY GOOD? THEN YOU SAY THE LIGHTING IS POOR, SO DO YOU REALLY FEEL SAFE? CONSTRUCTION GOOD? APPLIANCES PRETTY NEW? MY ARE FROM 1990. MAINTENANCE GOOD? THEY FIX IT THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE. STAFF GOOD? I FIND THEM MORE THAN JUST SKETCHY. OVERALL - THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND THEY CHARGE WAY TO MUCH MONEY. YOU CAN GO UP ONTO ROUTE 138 AND MOVE INTO A BRAND NEW COMPLEX WITH BRAND NEW APPLIANCES FOR ALOT CHEAPER, I HAVE ALREADY LOOKED INTO IT. SO YOU HAVEN'T FOUND ANYTHING CHEAPER BECAUSE YOU HAVEN'T LOOKED HARD ENOUGH. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP SO I CAN MOVE OUT OF THIS DUMP. WINDSOR WOODS HERE I COME.
