May not be luxury as they say but still good.

Windsor Woods is a fine community with an elevator, clubhouse, pool, and fitness center. However its not luxury. Its just like any other apartment. The hallways are pretty dirty but once in a while they clean them. The floorplans are pretty big too. The price does not fit the apartment. The pool, clubhouse, a and fitness center are normal size but the fitness center is a little dirty.
