Nice place to live, I am sad to leave - We are living at this apartments from last 2 years. The apartments are really maintained well. Property is always nice, well maintained. Forget It.......... The grounds are not kept up like Archstone, Office staff is rude except for one old
Archstone employee. Asking for repairs at times can be difficult...
Some residents are Sec. 8 and are a pain at times... I will be looking to move!!!!

Going Downhill Fast... From what I've seen so far, I am unimpressed with the new Management Company, Chestnut Hill. It is a sentiment shared by many of my neighbors. They don't seem to care as much and the new property manager has an unnerving manner about her.

Not too good I lived here for 1 and a half years. There were many section 8 residents who threw trash on the grounds, and were very noisy. People tried to gain access to the building at all hours of the day/night by ringing buzzers, and honking horns. There were some nice people, but

NO OFFICE HOURS I life there. They advertise an exercise room.... It is only open 9 to 5 --- weekdays! They are supposed to be there late on Thursday nights, - as if one hour one evening would make a tremendous help, but they never show up then either. Their lunch hours are just that

Great place to live! I have lived at the Arboretum for four months now and it is the best community in the Boston market. Most of the neighbors are really friendly, plus the complex is pet friendly, which is a plus. Beautiful apartment and great management - what else could I ask for?

2 bedroom 2 bath unit pleased with the style and size of unit. Parking is horrible. Many tenants have 2 or three cars and it is on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Very inconvenient for those who have just 1 vehicle and work late.

Great place and great value I moved here in fall of 2002 and found it to be a great place except for the management. Manager at that time was unfriendly and not helpful at all. The apartment itself is great, very peaceful, safe, and plenty of parking. Maintenace does a pretty good job at fixing
