Unfortunately, this place is not worth the money you pay for rent. I had to leave my first apartment here after just a few months because there were water leaks that maintenance could never seem to fix. Created a bad mold situation. So I moved to another apartment here. That one had water problems too (it literally rained inside the apartment) and the AC didn't work. Management told us every day that they were working to fix the AC, but it was a total lie. So we moved to the apartment we have now. Guess what' Another water leak. And guess what' Management doesn't care. We've started writing letters to management rather than just calling and we're documenting everything so we're prepared when we go see a lawyer. These people are the biggest liars and don't care about your comfort or their obligations.
