Rent increases are out of control! Last year it went up $300 per month. On-street parking is impossible, so you'll need to shell out another $100 per month for garage parking. The security and maintenance people are great and responsive. Kitchens and baths could use updates. The pool is nice but you'll feel like you're parading around on display. The gym is useless. The machines are from the '70s - and most don't work. There are not enough laundry facilities. Laundry day is never problem-free (eaten quarters, dryers don't finish the job, running between floors to use available machines, etc.) Noise is a problem. Insulation in the walls seems fine, but there must be no insulation in the floors/ceilings because we hear every footstep from the upstairs neighbors.
