***2002 update***
In the past year, management has gone downhill. While rent has continued to increase at the maximum rate allowed, the services provided have been drastically cut. Gone is the ample maintenance staff and considerate security team. The tenants are now lucky to find anyone staffing the place. Management is not easy to deal with and doesn't have their paperwork in order, making it very hard to have pleasant interactions with them. All in all, I would not recommend this building in its present state. If Management is rehauled and an owner who cares comes into the building, this would be a great place.

I?ve lived here for almost a year, and the enitre time I?ve intended to move to decrease my $2000 rent. However, now that I am actively looking for a new place, I have realized that Constitution Quarters isn?t so bad. Here, the buildings are kept clean and very well-maintained - freshly painted walls, clean carpets in the rooms, modern kitchens. The in-house maintenance crew and building staff are always available, and very helpful. Heat and hot water are included, which is appreciated. Indoor parking is additional [$140] but it is assigned spots in a secure garage. When looking for similar apartments in surrounding cities, my rent would go way up and the building wouldn?t be as nice. Although Constitution Quarters isn?t luxury living, it is better than most Boston apartments for the money you?ll be spending. [Make sure to get a gym membership elsewhere - the in-building gym is hopeless!]
