Location alone allows this place to continue charging high rents despite the poor services and rundown condition of the building. Water leaks throughout the lobby when it rains, the grounds aren't kept up, etc... By the time I left I really wondered what I was paying for. The building is also poorly run for its size and supposed "luxury" status. Be sure to put every agreement with management in writing, its bound to be your only recourse and a way out of your lease when they fail to perform their end of the bargain.
