I would not pay $1650 for a 2 bedroom. While Constitution Quarters is in a location that's desirable, its not even close to luxury living. The construction of the building is horrible. Both the walls and the floors are very thin. Whenever the guy who lived above me was "on the job," I'ld get woken up. I found that the management staff and the maintenance crews were responsive to smaller things, but when I lived there, the garage security system was broken for weeks (months). The workout room is a disgrace and the number of washers/dryers is insufficient. Lastly, parking on the street in the summer is nearly impossible. If you're planning on paying $1650 a month, look in Charlestown proper- you'll get much more for your money.
