good location - but way overpriced due to lousy service

Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2002
have lived in this location for over ten years. until recently quite pleasant. two years ago, with the help of Codman, landlord jacked up the price by double digit numbers - at the same time he let service level slide to a point where it now can only be dubbed as tenement quality - landlord is in violation of fire codes, ins law, health and hygience codes and ahost of other standards that are customary for the price range he expects - many tenants think landlord is close to bankruptcy - not a good place
