it's been 100 degree in my apartment for 3 weeks now

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
And they haven't made a single attempt to fix the AC... been calling them every day, twice a day..

It's to the point now, that we're totally moving out..

We're putting together a class action lawsuit against constitution quarters...

Same carpet and wall issues, and screen issues...
