WE have lived here for 7 months and it has gone from "okay" to "oh my god" and the tenants are no prizes either. The whole complex has turned into a big frat house with all the attendant problems.

They are installing new kitchen and bathroom cabinets which have less room in them than the old ones. They have put new carpeting in the hallways which is so ugly you almost don't mind that the hall lights are out so you don't have to see it. Our stove is so rusted that I cannot use the oven at all and was promised a new stove 6 months ago...Have you seen it' Me neither.

We cannot buzz visitors or delivery people through the doors because the buzzer system does not work...We have to go down to the lobby and let people in...There is no security to speak of because the doors are left open or closed in such a position that they can be opened without using a key.

Last week someone had their groceries stolen from the lobby (where they had left them while they went to park their car). I mean how crude is that... to have your groceries stolen in a very expensive, supposedly upscale, secure aparment complex.

We are so out of here...it really is the worst place we have ever lived, and that is saying something.
