Was once a wonderful place to live. Previous long-term maintenance and management teams were terrific. Management seems to be in a constant state of transition the last few years, lacking the commitment, professionalism, and follow through of previous staffs. By all accounts, issues seem to lead back to ownership, whose business practices are questionable (e.g. still awaiting return of security deposit, though I moved out last summer). Would only recommend if ownership - rather than management - changes hands.
