I moved into Carriage House on 6/4/04. Ed, the property manager went above and beyond to assure I was satisfied with my apartment prior to the move-in date. My main concern was that the previous tenant was a smoker. I was afraid that steam cleaning the carpet would not fully remove the smoky smell. When I went to view my apartment for the inspection, Ed had a new carpet and floors installed.
Donna, Ed's assistant has also gone above and beyond. One day she came by my apartment just as I had cut my finger badly. Without hesitation, she assisted me in bandaging it and she drove me to the emergency room. She sat in the emergency room for 3 hours until I was treated and released. I feel I have moved in with an extended family who would help me in any situation.
I highly recommend to any perspective apartment dwellers to give Coach and Carriage House a look. I am very glad I did and I continue to receive the best service and friendly atmosphere that I was greeted with on the first day.
