These apartments are very nice with new appliances and excellent use of space. You even have your own washer and dryer. The maintenance of the property is excellent-they are always landscaping and keeping it looking very residential with beautiful flowers. We have been very impressed with how quickly they fix a problem when it occurs, and how pleasant all the staff is. We have always had same day responsiveness on any minor problem, but I understand that is the exception rather than the norm in most other communities. The management even organizes little get togethers around the holidays and superbowl, etc, for the residents. There is a nice pool area and workout room, as well as gathering room with wide screen tv. The parking is terrific - free on the grounds, and you pay a reasonable rate for underground parking - it even comes with a clicker for the cars.
We would recommend Dolben Management to anyone, as we have been quite pleased.
The residents include many retired couples, who are very pleasant (and quiet!), as well as some younger families, but everyone seems very friendly. There are also some young professionals. All in all, it is a nice atmosphere. If you are looking in this area, I don't think you can find a nicer place, even for more money. It's a good value product, delivered with a high degree of professionalism and service.
