I moved into Kensington recently and I am extremely happy here. The office staff and maintenance men are terrific. We just recently had a wonderful Halloween party and we are now getting ready to attend their holiday party with the kids. Kensington has a mix of both elderly and small families. I recently called in a service order and within minutes I had maintenance knocking on my door to fix my request, it doesn?t get any better then that. The office people are very friendly and will go out of their way to make it a more homey feeling then just renting out an apartment. The only draw back is the noise from 495 however it is nice to be close enough to just jump on the highway and be at your destination within minutes. I wish there was also a little more storage areas available. Other then those two things I defiantly would give Kensington thumbs up.
