We lived here for under a year but moved out due to the clatter. We felt like we lived in other people s apartments because the rumpus was just so excruciating. What is worse is the penalties the owner s accumulate for our departure due to the noise in a non sound proof building. Perchance insulation sandwiched between the walls would have helped. Management is useless he doesn't have a backbone

Why do they care. As long as they get there money every month. Then they dont care. We have been fighting with them for a year since we moved and they havent done anything.
