The above review was done previously. Below are a few things they could improve upon and address to the residents. In my opinion, there has been a decline in cleanliness and grounds maintenance these past few months. I think these issues can be looked at and improved upon. I would recommend Kensington but I would also ask friends and family to look at other apartments in the north of Boston as well. In my ratings and reviews of Kensington, I tried to be fair and balanced.

- Hallway carpets are dirty and hallways smell.
- The door to the lobby of building 30 should be painted or cleaned.
- I noticed a decrease in vacuuming and an increase in stains, food particles,
and other dirt.
- Decline in community (no clubhouse gatherings or monthly community bulletins)
- Dirty lobby (residents leaving bags of trash in the lobby as well)
- Dirty elevator (broken glass in elevator left for days)
- Residents smoking in hallways. The smoke gets inside the apartments.
- Residents leaving trash outside of their doors.
