Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We lived at Kensington for 1 year in their 1 bedroom apartment. I really appreciated the extra half bath and included heat/hot water. Management and neighbors are friendly. It can get a little loud, as the walls and floors are paper thin. Overall I really enjoyed my time there.
