I just moved in 1 week ago so there may be problems I haven't discovered. But I really believe if there are, they'll fix them. The staff is wonderful and the apartment is the best one I could find for the money. I've had a few small issues and they were fixed immediately. The layout for the apartment is wonderful and the balcony is much larger than the other apartments I looked at. I actually looked at several "Luxury" apartments that were more expensive and they were not nearly as nice. The maintenance staff really takes pride in their work. The hallways are clean and well maintained. I also love the underground heated garage parking.
I would highly recommend Kensington at Chelmsford.
