Excellent place but small

I have lived here for 2 years. I love the location, close to all major routes and lots of things to do. The grounds and landscaping are maintained superbly. The office people are friendly and helpful and despite a various mix of old and young people the place is pretty quiet and no-one bothers you. It has a nice pool which always has a lifeguard on staff but the pool is only open for 2 months per year. The maintenence people respond quickly if there is any problem, and there is always upgrading whether it be painting or new hallway carpets. My only rent increase so far was about $50 which I thought a little high but this place is still a lot cheaper than most in the area and good quality.
