Good apartments, Great Staff - ****2/2008*** Very nice apartments and very friendly staff and efficient staff. OMG! My family and I have been living at the Meadows for a short while, I never have any real issues wxcept when lease renewal comes around, They continue to raise the rent and never add any amenity. I hope to move soon and i wouldn't recommend anyone to move in, they will keep

DO NOT MOVE here This is a worse place I have ever lived. I signed a least for 1 year, but I left after staying for less than 2 months. The management is poor and the quality of life is bad. It was noisy and in summer pool water was not clean. This is worse place to raise a family.

the wall so thin, the floor so thin. you better tiptoes walk all the time, and don't watch TV. otherwise the older people downstairs will come over to complain.
It's good for senior citizens, but not so good for family with small kid.

great place I moved into the Coach House four years ago and haved enjoyed my stay. I like that I can walk to CVS, the library, and a bunch of other shops. The management office is an easy going bunch. They'll take time to help you. I recommend it.

Great Place We lived at Kensington for 1 year in their 1 bedroom apartment. I really appreciated the extra half bath and included heat/hot water. Management and neighbors are friendly. It can get a little loud, as the walls and floors are paper thin. Overall I really enjoyed my time there.
