Maintenance is done in a regular basis. no complain.
Snow is removed from the grounds in a fair time frame.
Maintenance will buzz you by 11am to move your car to a clean spot to remove snow.
You have to move your car, or else.
Management try to keep you informed of what is going on with flyers by your door.
All safety systems are checked regularly. They take it very serious.
There are no insects or mice.
Hallways are clean most of the time.
There is not much noise around, at least around my place.
Airplane route above the building (check logan runways location) sometimes runs for 2 or 3 days depending on the wind, and it is really noisy.
Security vehicles runs in a regular basis, but could not stop four wheels from beeing stolen from a car. The car was left with no wheels on the ground.
A car window was broken also in the parking lot.
Heating works great but it is very noisy.
If you are looking into jumping in the pool in summer times be prepared to pay, it is not included in the lease.
The gym is well maintained, it is cozzy, small.
I hear people complaining about the laundry. It is hard to find washing machines and dryers available.
Overall staff is very courteous. No complain on that.
