Great place!

Great place to live. The building is brand new, eco-friendly, and very affordable compared to equal-sized units within Boston-we are paying $100 less a month for a brand new unit that is 200 square feet larger!
I don't have a car, but there is ample parking space outside for residents, as well as some limited parking spaces for visitors (free of charge). There is also a large parking lot next to the building that doesn't seem to restrict visitor parking. In addition, there is a large amount of parking in the secured garage underneath the building. I do believe there is a fee for this, although they were waiving the fee in the early renting stages (not sure if they still are).
Very low noise level. The grounds are kept very clean and the apartment building itself seems very safe. Chelsea has a bit of a reputation, but I've never had any negative experiences. Seems like a good city to me!
Construction is decent--green materials are a tough experiment. Paint doesn't hold up well to washing...rugs seem a bit thin and seem to wear out easily...but I am assuming they replace these after each tennant--they also didn't charge a security deposit.
Maintenance people are incredibly friendly and do a great job! Staff is also very nice and get you the answers you need fast!
Our rent inlcudes a 1 BR ( Den) and 1 Bath, upgrade (gas fireplace), and $50/month pet fee.
Great place overall!!!
