Horrible Complex - We moved in at the end of 2010 prior to the take over by the current management company. A Good Decision I've lived here for several months and so far I love it! It is in an area of Chelsea with a very residential feel and look to it - green grass, trees, and a huge park nearby with a playground and tennis courts. The price is very reasonable for the quality of amenities
