I've lived at Hancock Village for about 6 months. I've found it a very nice place to live! It's very quiet, especially at night. The grounds are very well kept with lots of grass, trees and flowering bushes. The complex is close to the T, restaurants and shopping, conservation land for walking and biking. The maintenance responds in a timely fashion and will go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied. I've lived a lot of places and this place ranks the highest in the area.
