This place is the PROJECTS!! It is so dirty and skanky and disgusting! There's mold on the walls and graffiti on the outsides of the "townhomes". The staff is incompetant and rude...there is nothing redeeming about this place. The prices may be cheap...but then again $5.00 would be a rip-off for these places.
